Bhavan's BVM Ashti celebrates KG-II transition to Vidya Mandir

NAGPUR: The Graduation Ceremony and Launchpad Programme for KG-II students transitioning from Bal Mandir to Vidya Mandir was held on April 11, 2026, at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan's Bhagwandas Purohit Vidya Mandir Auditorium, Ashti. The NCC cadets' band escorted the young graduates, accompanied by their teachers and parents.

The ceremony began with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp by Principal Vandana Bisen and parent representatives. A Sarvadharma Prayer was offered, and the Vidya Mandir choir presented a welcome song.

Addressing the gathering, Principal Vandana Bisen spoke about the school's activities during the academic session 2025-26, including Vigyan Yatra, student participation in science exhibitions, the launch of an E-Library, and a 100 per cent pass result in the Class X Board Examinations.

A citation ceremony recognised students for their academic achievements and conduct. Citations were read out by the teachers: Nisha Anthony (Section A), Ranjana Lal (Section B), Vishakha Khandwe (Section C), Meghana Chhabariya (Section D), Smita Sontakke (Section E), and Sonal Dey (Section F). The Principal conferred certificates to the graduates.

The students participated in a cap-throwing ceremony. The programme concluded with a formal Vote of Thanks.
