DPS (Kamptee Road) Grade V-H conducts assembly on The Power of Reading

NAGPUR: Delhi Public School Kamptee Road, Nagpur conducted the morning assembly on July 9, 2026, presented by students of Grade V-H on the topic 'The Power of Reading'.
The assembly commenced with the school prayer and daily affirmation. Students shared their thoughts on the benefits of reading and emphasised how books broaden perspectives, strengthen imagination and build confidence. A skit and a dance performance conveyed the message that reading develops character, critical thinking and opens doors to learning.
The assembly featured the news segment covering international, national, sports and school updates. The thought for the day, 'Reading is the key that unlocks the door to knowledge,' reinforced the significance of developing a regular reading habit among students.
The confidence and coordination of the students were highly appreciated.
