NAGPUR: The Pre-Nursery Caterpillar class at DPS (Kamptee Road) conducted a morning assembly on February 11 on the theme 'Sugar Free, Bright Smile'.

The students spoke about the ill effects of excess sugar intake, including tooth decay, obesity and other health-related problems. The assembly included rhymes on fruits and vegetables encouraging everyone to choose nutritious food over sugary snacks.

A dance performance titled 'Sugar, Sugar, Yes or No' conveyed the message of a sugar-free and healthy lifestyle.
