Narayana Vidyalayam Parents' Orientation Programme for Classes IX and X

NAGPUR: Narayana Vidyalayam, Chinchbhuvan, organised a Parents' Orientation Programme on July 11, 2026, for parents of Classes IX and X. The programme aimed to strengthen the partnership between school and parents.
Principal Rekha Nair welcomed the parents and emphasised the role of collaborative efforts between home and school in students' development and academic success. She encouraged parents to remain active partners in their children's educational journey.
Heads of various departments conducted sessions acquainting parents with the school's vision, assessment system and teaching-learning practices.
Parents of Class IX were introduced to the revised textbooks in accordance with the National Education Policy (NEP). They received a detailed overview of the new curriculum framework, the structure of the textbooks, competency-based learning and the integration of vocational subjects.
The programme provided a platform for open communication, enabling parents to gain a deeper understanding of the academic framework and the school's approach to student development.
